Staying Positive During Uncertainty

We are only 3 months done with 2020, and oh boy, it's been a doozy. As a follow-up to my What's new for 2020? post, I thought I would give you all an update.

1.) I am 69% done with my BS in Accounting through WGU. The school and program have been great. I would highly recommend WGU to anyone looking at affordable and flexible college options. Once I get my BS in Accounting I'd love to volunteer during tax seasons to help individuals and families file their taxes.

2.) I submitted my PMP application through PMI.org. I am studying the PMBOK guide for the PMP exam. I hope to pass the exam by the end of the year.

3.) In addition to the PMP certification, I am also pursuing the Certified Scrum Master certification through ScrumAlliance.org. I am registered for a 2 day live online class. This will run on April 22nd-23rd (Happy birthday to me ~April 22nd).

During this time of physical distancing and quarantining I am grateful for the opportunity to work from home. I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time of uncertainty.

Sincerely,
Lauren
